WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment via LayBuy, Credit Cards via PayPal and direct debit.

I HAVE A GIFT VOUCHER OR DISCOUNT CODE. HOW DO I USE IT?
At the checkout, simply enter the code in the box on the right hand side of the payment screen.  If you spend more than the value of the card, you can simply pay the extra amount using any of our other payment methods.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM?
If an item is available for pre-order, you will see the Pre-Order banner displayed above the product.

When you select to pre-order an item, the product will be added to your cart as if you're placing a normal order. You'll then need to follow the checkout process as normal and pay for the item.

If your order contains a mix of pre-orders and in-stock items, we'll ship the in-stock items first, followed by the pre-order as soon as the product is available. Shipping charges will occur only once. Please see the product description for the estimated shipping date. Please be advised that this is an estimate only and is subject to change.

Remember, when you place a pre-order it's treated as a normal order and payment will be taken in full when the order is placed.

CAN YOU SEND TO MY FRIEND ON MY BEHALF?
We are more than happy to send your purchase directly to the gift recipient. We can also add a small handwritten note. Please leave your message on check-out.

HOW WILL MY ORDER COME PACKAGED?
Either on a branded backing card, fabric pouch or in a small box.

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?
We want you to love your Cloud Nine Jewellery. If you're not happy, neither are we. You'll have up to 10 days to return an item for exchange, credit or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

MY ITEM BROKE. WHAT CAN I DO?
In the unlikely event an item appears to be faulty, please reach out to us. Our jewellery is covered under an extended warranty of up to 3 months. We'll do our best to replace or repair your jewellery or will otherwise refund you.
