At the checkout, simply enter the code in the box on the right hand side of the payment screen. If you spend more than the value of the card, you can simply pay the extra amount using any of our other payment methods.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to love your Cloud Nine Jewellery. If you're not happy, neither are we. You'll have up to 10 days to return an item for exchange, credit or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Page for more details.
In the unlikely event an item appears to be faulty, please reach out to us. Our jewellery is covered under an extended warranty of up to 3 months. We'll do our best to replace or repair your jewellery or will otherwise refund you. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Page for more details.
Shipping & Packaging
Either on a branded backing card, or in a fabric pouch within a small gift box. We send all orders in compostible satchels.
Your order will generally be shipped the same day as purchased, at the latest it will be the following working day. You will receive an automated email with tracking details as soon as it has left our premises.
