Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Cloud Nine Jewellery. If you're not happy, neither are we. You'll have up to 14 days to return an item for exchange, credit or refund.
TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:
- Email us at hello@cloudninejewels.co.nz
- Provide the following details:
- Invoice / Order Number
- The item you wish to return
- Why you wish to return
- And finally, please let us know if you would like an exchange, refund or store credit.
- We will then reply to your email and will provide an address for you to return your goods to.
All items MUST to be returned within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will endeavour to work with you to help best resolve any issues that may arise when purchasing or wishing to return an item.
