We will have two options available:

Small $100 - valued at over $200

Large $200 - valued at over $450

The contents of each Mystery Box are a surprise and may include items from past collections, exclusive pieces, samples or new designs. You can expect to receive a mix of necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings.

You will have the option to select either sterling silver or 14k gold plate. We do not have an option for mixed metals.

We are unable to exchange individual pieces within your mystery box however if you wish to return the entire box we will happily refund or credit your order. 

In the event of a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at hello@cloudninejewels.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your Mystery Box to arrange for a replacement or refund.

No other discount codes or promotional offers can be applied when purchasing a Mystery Box

We will do our best to get all orders sent out asap but please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched.
