WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

MINIMUM ORDER

Initial orders must meet a $400NZD minimum.

PAYMENT TERMS

Initial orders are pro-forma of which you will receive and invoice after you place your order online. Returning customers are then able to go account.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. All NZ wholesale are shipped via courier (1-2 working days) and will require a signature on delivery. Australian orders will be sent via NZ Post Tracked Service (7-14 working days) Freight charges are based on size and weight (generally around $5-$15 for NZ)

REFUND POLICY

We are unable to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If a product is found to be faulty, we will replace the item/s or issue a credit, depending on the circumstance.

ASSET USE

Stockists are permitted to use images and information available on our website in the interest of promoting the brand on websites and social media. We also request to be tagged in any relevant social media content.

SALES AND PRICING

Please the RRP's shown on our website. Discounts and promotions are at the discretion of the stockist.

PRIVACY

Personal information provided will be treated confidentially and will not be released outside of Cloud Nine. We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

Wholesale accounts are subject to approval. Cloud Nine reserves the right to refuse to grant a wholesale account. Access must not be granted to a third party.

TERMINATION

If a business is found to be in breach of the Wholesale Terms and Conditions, Cloud Nine reserves the right to terminate the wholesale account at any time.
