Can I exchange or return my Mystery Box.
We are unable to exchange individual pieces within your mystery box however if you wish to return the entire box we will happily refund or credit your order.
In the event of a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at hello@cloudninejewels.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your Mystery Box to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Can I use any discount codes on my Mystery Box purchase?
