Handmade with intention, it features 108 individually hand-knotted smoky quartz beads, making it a traditional mala. Traditionally used in meditation, each bead marks a breath, a mantra, or a moment of mindfulness.

Finished with our gold Tree of Life pendant — inscribed on the reverse with 'I am grounded, guided and growing.
